Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If your item has an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@customleepdesign.com and we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Incorrect product selection, size choice, or submitted personalization details
Our Commitment to You
If something about your order feels off, we encourage you to reach out. While custom items are not eligible for standard returns, we review every situation individually and will always work toward a fair and reasonable solution.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
